Create the Windows Live Mail backup now…..!

You can directly contact the Windows Live Mail Customer Support team for assistance regarding creating Windows Live Mail backup. Also listed below are steps which you can follow for creating the backup. They are:

·         Firstly create folders on your computer where the backups can be saved. Within My Document folder create WLM Backups and inside that folder create folders for Mail, Contacts and Messages. Also create dated message folder.
·         Now to backup your Mail account setting click the Arrow in the top left of Windows Live, Mail, select Export email, and then click on Account
·         Then highlight the mail account you want to backup and click Export
·         Now open the folder you created, provide a file name and Save
·         Now repeat the same process to configure every email account on your computer
·         Now to create backup of your messages click the arrow in the top left, select Export Mail, and click Email Messages
·         Windows Live Mail format should he highlighted and then click Next
·         Now browse the dated Messages folder that you created earlier and click Next
·         Select All Folders and click Next
·         Click Finish when the backup is done
·         Lastly you need to create backup of Contacts List saved in your Windows Live Mail
·         Click Contacts in the lower left of your WLM
·         From the top of WLM click Export and select Comma Separated Values (CSV)
·         Now open the contact folder that you created earlier, give the file a name and click Save
·         Then click Next followed by Finish
